Seat Belts
Per our Bus Replacement plan, all new buses will now feature Lap-Shoulder belts. Seat belts are in our buses to increase student safety on the bus and all students are expected to wear them. A seat belt in our bus is no different that in a standard motor vehicle--it's a requirement. We encourage you to go over the revised Bus Rules/Safety form with your student, as well as watch the usage video linked below. Discuss with them the importance of these rules, especially seat belt safety. The rules as well as the Seat Belt Training Guide and Video Link can be found to the right, under the Documents tab or by clicking the links below. A copy of both will also be included with your student route information mailing in August.Remember: Even if your student isn't on one of these buses for their normal route, they may still ride one for the Primary Shuttle, other shuttle services, field trips or athletic events.
