Transportation RequestFor any long-term or permanent change of transportation, we require a Student Transportation Request Form be filled out and filed within the department.
We ask that you limit the number of pick-up and/or drop-off locations to a maximum of two (2) addresses, to limit confusion within the school office as well as with our drivers.
If you have a need to change the address in which your student is picked up and/or dropped off at, please CLICK HERE to submit your request. Paper copies of the form are also available with the school secretaries.
Changes in transportation take a minimum of 48 hours to process, so please bear this in mind when making arrangements for your child.
